We are proud to announce the “XIV International Symposium – Update on antithrombotic management in heart disease” . This is a yearly one-day meeting held in Barcelona or Madrid, alternatively. The Cardiology Departments of Hospital Clínic in Barcelona (Profs Amadeo Betriu and Magda Heras) and Hospital Clínico in Madrid (Profs Carlos Macaya and Antonio Fernández-Ortiz) organize it.   This meeting reviews the novelties on antithrombotic treatment in cardiology, a very dynamic field in which it is necessary to keep updated. Due to the outstanding contribution of the speakers and discussions along the previous editions, this Symposium has become a national reference for professionals interested in thrombosis   The next edition will be held in Barcelona, on April 27th.
